Zepto Logic was founded in 2018 as part of India's push to design chips at home, not merely assemble them. Our work spans processor cores, interface protocols, analog blocks and security engines — engineered in India and licensable globally.

The company operates as a fabless, foundry-agnostic design house, combining reusable semiconductor IP with end-to-end design services.

Sakthivel Kandasamy

Chartered Accountant turned semiconductor entrepreneur. Founded Caliber Infotech in 2000, which grew to more than 150 people before its engineering division was acquired by Tessolve; Caliber Embedded Technologies in 2008; and Zepto Logic in 2018.
