Suresh Kuppuswamy
Co-Founder, Managing Director & Chief Executive OfficerSuresh Kuppuswamy is a technology and business leader with over 35 years of experience across global technology services, financial infrastructure, enterprise transformation and corporate strategy, and a Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP 206) alumnus. His leadership career spans organizations including Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), IBM, CAMS/SSPL (www.camsonline.com), Adrenalin eSystems Limited (an HRMS product company), and the Sakthi Group, Coimbatore (a three-generation family-owned conglomerate), with responsibilities across India, Europe and the Middle East.
As Co-Founder, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Zepto Logic Technologies Private Limited, he leads the company’s strategy, institutional development and growth as a fabless semiconductor design enterprise headquartered in Coimbatore, India. His focus is on building sustainable indigenous capability in semiconductor IP, secure computing and advanced electronic systems through industry collaboration, research partnerships and technology commercialization.
Under Suresh’s leadership, Zepto Logic Technologies has established several strategic foundations for its next phase of growth:
- ₹250 crore MoU with the Government of Tamil Nadu, signed at the Tamil Nadu Rising Investment Conclave in November 2025.
- 3.22-acre site at Varapatti Defence Industrial Park, Sulur, Coimbatore, planned for the company’s future design and prototyping campus.
- Finalist in the C-DOT Samarth Cohort-II, selected among the final five from more than 100 applicants and progressing to Demo Day in March 2026.
- Research and technology programmes involving MeitY, DST, ANRF and the Government of Tamil Nadu, together with academic and institutional partners.
- Technical advisory engagement with experts from IIT Palakkad and IIIT Guwahati, supported by incubation at the CODISSIA Defence Innovation and Atal Incubation Centre.
- An approximately 3,800 sq. ft. design centre at TICEL Bio Park, Coimbatore, supporting semiconductor design, FPGA prototyping, validation and secure engineering workflows.
He holds a B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and completed the Post Graduate Program in Digital Transformation at Purdue University. He is a Life Member of IEEE and the Computer Society of India, Rotary Carnatic Member – Chennai & Coimbatore, and Charter Member of TiE Chennai.
Other Leadership Roles
Suresh is also the Founder and Managing Director of Agentic Soft Labs, an enterprise software engineering company serving the BFSI sector, and the Founder of Quantcell’s Accelerator Foundation, a Section 8 incubation platform supporting early-stage deep-tech and biotechnology ventures through institutional, CSR and government programmes.
He also served as a mentor for The Weight of Intelligence by Satish Viswanathan, a work examining generative AI and autonomous enterprise systems.
